Speculative Work

This is a mockup I recently completed for a prospective employer. My task was to design a poster to advertise an upcoming talk at a local college campus involving employees from a technology company. (The original work has been altered to remove copyrighted photography, trademarks and copyrights.)

KELOLAND News

During February sweeps, one of our reporters found an opportunity to talk with the woman who saved a truck driver from a fiery crash along Arrowhead Parkway. I used typography to give our post more urgency, something I had seen other websites such as SB Nation do well.
KELOLAND News partnered with Sanford to honor local high school basketball players. I designed images to share on social media to promote each player's showcase on the 10 p.m. newscast.
This page was created to house all of our Summit League coverage during the basketball tournaments in Sioux Falls.
Borrowed Bucks, a longtime bar in Sioux Falls, announced it would be closing its doors in August 2017. To commemorate, I found this archive clip from 1993 to help share memories.
